Salary: £175 per week – increments based on achievement

About Develop:

  • Develop is a not for profit organisation, we deliver a variety of projects working with all ages ranging from organising work experience for school age children to employability skills for unemployed adults. We also manage a number of other training providers in Study Programme delivery to 16-18 year olds.
  • We have a new role for someone looking to take their first steps into Business Administration and are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Ampthill office to provide strong administrative support to the business with a focus on Operations and Business Development.

About the role:

  • Responsibilities include handling stakeholder relationships, ensuring key systems and process are maintained, quality processes are adhered to and appropriate documentation is collated to ensure we meet funder/contract requirements. Responsibilities will increase as you progress with the apprenticeship.

About the successful candidate:

  • Ideally applicants will have GCSE 5-9 in English and Maths or equivalent but this is not essential, basic IT skills and ability to use Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint are required. The ideal candidate would be someone new to this profession but with a keen interest in Business Administration. You will work to achieve a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
