Data and Audit Administrative Assistant

£16,500 Pro-rata

Based in Ampthill, flexible 18 hours per week term time only plus 2 weeks

Develop is a not for profit organisation.  We deliver a variety of projects working with all ages ranging from organising work experience for school age children to employability skills for unemployed adults. We also manage a number of other training providers in Study Programme delivery to 16-18 year olds.

We are currently looking for a strong administrator working within the Study Programme department, you will support our key contracts, audit key documents and input data to our learner database. You will be working as part of a busy team in Ampthill supporting the Data and Audit Manager and the Study Programme team.

Strong communication skills and a systematic approach are essential as this is the main focus of the position.

Qualified Construction Tutor

£25,000 Pro-rata

Based in Dunstable, part-time 3 days per week, flexible working arrangements

Develop is a not-for-profit organisation which manages provision of Study Programme delivery to 16–18 year olds.

We are currently recruiting a qualified construction tutor to work with our Study Programme learners at our Dunstable centre to support Level 1 in Construction skills.

Currently the working pattern is 3 days per week, with the potential to increase, we are looking for either a temporary or permanent member of staff, job-share will also be considered.

* Business Engagement Advisor, Circa £25,000 – We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of employer/learner engagement who is able to encompass and maximise opportunity for growth. The role will include sourcing new employers and identifying scope for joint working. You will have a strong business background including excellent customer service skills.

* A bank of Employability Tutor’s, Circa £23-25,000 – This role is new with a clear focus on developing effective support for learners, enabling them to succeed and progress gaining confidence and gain an understanding of the world of work.
